Blockchain usage in agri-food digitalisation
We are proud to announce that our project has been selected to be presented at the Closing Event of SmartAgriHubs, organized in Lisbon, Portugal, from 26 to 28 September 2022, and it will be presented on 27 September 2022 in Workshop session 3 – Blockchain usage in Agri-Food digitalization.
The solution developed within the project complies with the Farm to Fork strategy of the European Union.
And it has a unique and innovative character through the ability to generate a safe and transparent supply chain for agri-food products from the farm to the final consumer.
Working since 2018 in the blockchain field and leading technological part of the SmartAgriHubs DFTB project, Vinko Kojundzic will go through an overview of blockchain technologies; share lessons learned from the SmartAgriHubs DFTB project; present the DFTB project result: food quality and traceability agri-food system together with free to use service in a testing environment consisting of decentralised web app and API interface based on blockchain smart contract; share a vision for future decentralised use-cases in agri-food on the blockchain.
